It seems as though the IT Gov is a lot like ours, only they know what
works.  Radon detection for earthquakes has been around longer than I,
and that's awhile! We have had monitors in CA for over twenty years seeing radon
levels rise outside in bird houses around fault sites just before a quake.
But what do we know?
