FYI - If you haven't visited EPA's radon website recently, check it out(www.epa.gov/radon). We frequently update and improve it. The most
recent update was to post the final fiscal year 2009 State Indoor Radon
Grant (SIRG) EPA Regional Office allocations (
http://www.epa.gov/radon/sirgprogram.html). Another recent change is
that we reorganized our radon publications by audience (
http://www.epa.gov/radon/pubs/index.html).
If you have ideas or changes to suggest, please pass them along to me.
You may also be interested to know that we recently updated and
reprinted A Citizen's Guide to Radon (EPA 402/K-09/001, January 2009)(
http://www.epa.gov/radon/pubs/citguide.html), and the Home Buyer's and
Seller's Guide to Radon (EPA 402/K-09/002, January 2009)
(http://www.epa.gov/radon/pubs/hmbyguid.html). The printed version of
the Home Buyer's and Seller's Guide to Radon should become available
soon. The printed versions of both publications have a slightly
different look in that they now reflect the recently adopted IED brand.
This "brand" includes a blue band across the bottom of the page and
other format changes. For example, the blue band on cover pages include
the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) moniker, and interior pages the document
title, website URL, etc., depending on the specific document.
