A newspaper article was published in NorthJersey.com informing residents of Ringwood and West Milford of the availability of free radon test kits at their respective health departments. Test kits were provided by the Passaic County Department of Health through participation with the NJDEP in the Radon Awareness Program (RAP). Funding was provided by the USEPA State Indoor Radon Grant
