Montgomery County (MD) Council Radon Action Month Proclamation

The Montgomery County, MD Council, in conjunction with the Montgomery County Executive, issued a joint proclamation declaring Mo. Co. to join with the US EPA in recognizing National Radon Action Month to be important in Mo. Co, MD. Two council members, Mr. Leventhal and Mr. Elrich, read the proclamation to the full council at its January 18th work session. The proclamation was received by Mr. Bernard Bloom of the County's Energy and Air Quality Advisory Committee and Dr. Susan Conrath of the US Public Health Service.
