Event Description
The Art Teachers of Northwestt Alabama , Florence City Schools, University of North Alabama, Kennedy-Douglas Center for Arts held their AAEA Fall Conference. The conference featured workshops and exhibits for those attending the conference. The Alabama Radon Program set up the radon exhibit and displayed the past Alabama Radon Posters and poster radon promotional items for the National Radon Poster Contest. National Poster Applications were supplied to the art teachers attending the conference for various schools participation. Art teachers were also educated by radon and its health risks.Future radon awareness programs were scheduled for January 2012 NRAM.
