Mayor's Proclamation

Letters and test kits were sent to all 99 Wyoming Mayors informing them of January being National Radon Action Month and requesting that each Mayor test their home, issue a Radon Press Release and a Mayoral Proclamation declaring January/February as Community Radon Action Month, encouraging all residents of their respective cities and towns to test their homes for radon. Each mayor was issued a short-term test kit and all kits will be tracked for usage by serial number. All Mayoral Proclamations will be posted to the Wyoming Radon website and each mayor will receive a follow-up phone call regarding their test kit and what additional radon information they would like to receive.
