Radon Awareness Meeting was held at Calloway Headstart School for citizens in North Birmingham.Citizens were educated about radon and its health risks. Radon bags were distributed to the citizens containing radon information such as the A Citizen's Guide To Radon, Basic Radon facts, Jefferson County Zip Code Map, Key Messages About Radon in Alabama and Radon in Alabama "What You Need to Know. Citizens were encouraged to Test.Fix.Save a Life and to spread the radon message inthe community.
