Rockland County Health Matters Newsletter

The Healthy Neighborhood Program (HNP) through the Rockland County Health Department is providing free radon test kits for residents of the county. The HNP staff personally visit the house, perform a walkthrough of the home and look for any safety issues, then place the radon test kit in the appropriate location. Once the time is up for the kit, they retrieve them and mail in to the laboratory for analysis. This technique has created a 100% radon test result for their program.
