Event Description
Radon Action Partnership Award 2012 was issued to the Bergen County Department of Health Services for their outstanding community outreach efforts by the NJDEP-Radon Program. As a result of their participation in the Radon Awareness Program and Newborn Pilot Program sponsored by the NJDEP-Radon Program with funding provided by the USEPA under the SIRG grant, over 700 test kits along with radon informational brochures have been distributed to county residents through various innovative venues.
