Event Description
Radon short term test kits were provided to the Youth Services Department of the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library (madison County). The test kits were given away through a drawing by the youth parents.. There was a large flyer posted inthe entrance of the youth services library advertising the test kit give away project. A radon display containing Consumer Alert! Radon in Alabama: Test.Fix.Save a Life brochures were distributed to citizens. The brochures educated youth and adults abour radon and its health risks. Distributed Radon Activity Books to yourth.
