Event Description
An informational display was setup in the lobby of the Linn County Public Health office. This information center provided EPA radon materials, information on radon resistant new construction, and results of radon data from a local survey done on radon levels in new construction properties. In addition EPA PSAs were running continually for visitors to view.
The Linn County Public Health website posted information on radon action month and the Linn County Health Homes website had additional information and links for radon information. For the month of January there were 177 visits to the website.
