Acceptance of Abstracts:
The Program or Conference Chair will notify authors of acceptance or rejection of their abstract by June 18, 2009. Acceptance of an abstract is a necessary condition for giving a paper or a poster session in the symposium.

Authors of accepted abstracts must submit a completed full paper by August 7, 2009. Papers will be separately refereed for possible inclusion in the 2009 Symposium Proceedings. Authors will receive grammar and syntax rules for papers along with their abstract acceptance email. Authors are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for published material. Speakers must register for the Symposium and pay registration fees. Limited stipends are available and must be applied for through the Conference Chair.

Presentation Details:
Along with an abstract, each author should submit a request for time: 20 or 40 minutes. The Program Chair will determine the amount of time allotted based on the number of presenters and topics being presented. Ideally, each presentation will allow time for a brief question and answer period at the end of the presentation.
