Fully paid AARST members (Individual, Company, Corporate or Executive level), will be able to vote online between 12:01AM (Eastern) September 15, 2010 and 11:59 PM (Eastern) on October 16, 2010. For the 2010 board elections AARST has engaged the services of VoteNet, an independent electronic voting service provider that specializes in non-profit and association board elections.

The Voting Site will open on Wednesday morning September 15, 2010 at 12:01 AM Eastern

If you are not a member and you wish to vote, please sign up on the AARST web site: www.aarst.org/hmtl or renew your membership today and we will add you to the voting list. All eligible AARST members will receive specific voting instructions via an email. Employees as well as honorary and associate members are not eligible to vote.

All eligible AARST members with access to the internet will have the ability to vote on-line. Eligible members will use their unique AARST username and password to ensure that the member's vote through VoteNet is private and secure. If you don't remember your AARST user name or password, go to our web site and your may request this information through the log-in process.

Members without email addresses or internet access may request a print ballot so that they may cast their votes by mail.

2010 Election Timetable:

You may cast your votes starting on September 15, 2010 at 12:01 AM. The election will close on October 14th for printed ballots received by mail and on October 16, 2010 at 11:59 PM for internet voting via Votenet. Printed ballots may be requested by email or phone, all other voting and vote notifications will be done via email and through the VoteNet internet voting service provider.

Election results will be announced on October 19, 2010 at the AARST Annual Meeting Luncheon in Columbus, Ohio.
