You know I like to do fun things with radon, right? Trust me, read this; it's going to be fun.
Here's what I need to know first: Who is interested in starring in monthly video technical features on the EPA radon homepage? We would like to kick-off our first technical feature next month, but that means I need to know who is willing to put their faces out there at least once :).
Here's the deal, a question of somewhat technical nature will be posed, and you, the radon professional, will answer it via video response. You know the kinds of questions you get all the time? Let's feature your responses to the important questions people ask about radon testing, mitigation, etc. Your response will be about 30-60 seconds (believe me it's plenty-time goes slowly when you have to speak in front of a camera). We will then do necessary editing (create a written transcript and add closed captioning), then post it on www.epa.gov/radon in our new section called "technical corner." It's not up yet though, but will be very soon.
If you're interested, and I know you are (I bet my inbox will be flooded within minutes of posting this), just respond to the blog or send me an email at palmer.janise@epa.gov. I'll provide more specifics at that time. FUN!!! Thanks in advance :).
