The 2013 Radon Hero Award was presented to Bob Lewis at this fall's 23rd annual National Radon Training Conference. Mr. Lewis is Chief of the Pennsylvania Radon Division. He has dedicated his work to improving radon testing and mitigation standards in homes. Mr. Lewis worked to develop some of the first Pennsylvania state laws, certification regulations and guidance to ensure that laboratories, testers and mitigators were performing to acceptable standards.
