Radiation, Radioactivity, & Radon
3 R’s is a 3-week activity-oriented curriculum developed by Denver Earth Science Project designed for grades 7-10.
Teachers attending the 2½ -day workshop will:
- complete the curriculum activities,
- share ways to modify and adapt activities,
- gain background information on all concepts,
- participate in a field trip on the 3rd day,
- receive a complete curriculum notebook and a classroom set of materials for Units 2 & 3.
This training is offered through a grant from the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment.
