Please join us for the 8th Annual Radon Stakeholder Meeting being held at no cost for all those that have a stake in protecting the public from unnecessary exposure to radon in their homes, schools and businesses. It is the intent of EPA Region 6 and its partners to bring interested stakeholders together to discuss common issues, provide insight into the future, understand the issues from other perspectives, share, educate and network. This meeting will focus on radon, a naturally occurring radioactive gas that causes over 21,000 lung cancer deaths per year.

This year’s meeting will be held on Tuesday March 24, 2015. A block of hotel rooms at the government rate of $85/night are being held at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center, 2322 Mac Davis Lane, Lubbock, Texas. Reservations can be made by calling 1-806-776-7000 and using code “EPA6”.
