 Midwest Radon Stakeholder’s Meeting on March 27, 2015
(8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST) Indianapolis, Indiana.

This meeting will focus on radon risk reduction through real estate and new home construction looking at the latest developments in radon policy. Speakers include internationally recognized radon researchers and educators, experienced radon professionals as well as updates on the federal Housing and Urban Development Office and the Environmental Protection Agency radon policy and activities updates.

We invite the following to attend and participate in the discussion:

 State Cancer Control Plan Staff  Public agencies
 Residential builders and developers
 Cancer and Radon Advocacy Groups
 Affordable housing advocates
 Professional associations

Hosted by Indiana State Radon Program and the American Lung Association of the Upper Midwest with assistance from EPA Region 5, the Midwest AARST, and the Ohio Association of Radon Professionals, this meeting will bring interested stakeholders together to discuss common issues, provide insight into future radon risk reduction action, share perspectives, educate and network.

Continental Breakfast/Lunch/Free Parking is included.

Midwest Radon Stakeholder’s Meeting Registration Fee: $195.00

Meeting Location: Wyndham Indianapolis West located at 2544 Executive Drive in Indianapolis, IN.
A limited block of hotel rooms will be held at the government rate of $98/night, plus tax
(for the nights of March 26 and March 27).

Continuing education credit will be given through the National Radon Proficiency program (NRPP) or your state radon certification board for radon professionals: Friday (3 hours) and Saturday (3 hours) of Category 1 credit for Illinois, Ohio and Indiana licensees.
