This very intense one-day course helps prepare you for the new and very difficult Multifamily Radon Measurement Examination for National Radon Proficiency Program advanced certification in this field. As a condition for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financing for purchase, refinancing, or rehabilitation, HUD requires multifamily buildings be tested for radon. This policy requires use of the ANSI/AARST standards on multifamily buildings radon measurement. This course focuses on this standard. It is strongly recommended that you complete the two-day radon measurement certification course before taking the multifamily measurement course.
*You must be National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) certified in order to be eligible for advanced NRPP certification. State licensing is not viewed by NRPP as a substitute for NRPP certification.
