July 14, 2015 - MURC Radon

This very intense one-and-a-half-day course helps you to prepare for the new and very challenging Multifamily Radon Mitigation Examination for National Radon Proficiency Program advanced certification. As a condition for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financing for purchase, refinancing, or rehabilitation, HUD requires elevated radon be mitigated. This policy requires use of the ANSI/AARST standards on multifamily radon mitigation. The course focuses on this standard and is intended to be thought provoking and as interactive as possible. It is strongly recommended that you complete the three-day radon mitigation certification course before taking the multifamily mitigation course.
*You must be National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) certified in order to be eligible for advanced NRPP certification. State licensing is not viewed by NRPP as a substitute for NRPP certification. Additional information about exams.
