This course, AVAILABLE ONLY TO MAINE residents and businesses providing radon services in Maine, is presented by Spruce Radon Training and supported in part by Maine DHHS, Radon Section using grant funding from the US EPA for the purpose of educating Maine residents and businesses on radon issues.

This 8-hour Radon in Water course provides the student with the knowledge and skills required to test for radon in water, evaluate its risk and choose a mitigation system for waterborne radon. The course covers the sources of radon in water, the current guidelines, and factors that govern system installation. It prepares the student for the optional exam (required in Maine).
