This course, AVAILABLE ONLY TO MAINE residents and businesses providing radon services in Maine, is presented by Spruce Radon Training and supported in part by Maine DHHS, Radon Section using grant funding from the US EPA for the purpose of educating Maine residents and businesses on radon issues.
This 8-hour (one-day) course introduces elements, recommended by the EPA and others, of a quality assurance/quality control program. It is designed to help radon measurement professionals begin to create or to improve their QA/QC documents. The training includes forms, templates, formulas, computer data entry examples and samples that actually begin the writing process. The goal is for the student to walk away with his/her own basic Quality Assurance document.
