As you may have seen in our previous notices, we have made the difficult, but necessary decision to transition our National Radon Training to a virtual event. This decision came after learning of many travel restrictions at the state and federal agency levels and significant concerns about COVID-19. This is an unprecedented time and we felt this was the best way to safely provide our training, and to allow the maximum attendance.
Here’s a few things you should know:
The training is still scheduled for October 11-13, 2021.
If you already registered, you do not need to re-register.
The registration fee is $147. If you paid the $497 in-person registration fee, you have been refunded the difference. If you have registered but have not paid the registration fee, an adjustment has been made to your invoice so the balance due is $147.
If you booked your Bethesda North Marriott hotel stay through our CRCPD room block, your reservations have been cancelled by the hotel. If you did not book through our room block please remember to cancel your reservations. There is no fee for room cancellation.
The American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) will continue with their in-person symposium. We will join them virtually on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
