Colorado is promoting radon awareness during January 2022 as part of its National Radon Awareness Month activities. The Larimer County Extension service is having a special event on January 27 that will be educational and also provide free radon test kits to county residents.
The Radon Awareness Program will address:
• What is radon?
• What health risks are there?
Larimer County Extension hosts this Radon Awareness Program during the winter months to learn about the health risks and how to test. Anyone is welcome, but Larimer County residents also receive a FREE radon test kit.
