8th Annual South Carolina 2023 Poster Contest
The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control is sponsoring its eighth statewide radon poster contest.
The poster entry and Artwork Submission Form must be received no later than October 31, 2022.
Submit all entries to: S.C. Radon Poster Contest, DHEC, 2600 Bull Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
The S.C. poster contest will have three overall winners and two Honorable Mention awards chosen by a judging panel.
Overall Awards
• First place will receive a $125 gift card and a $50 gift card to the school.
• Second place will receive a $100 gift card and a $25 gift card to the school.
• Third place will receive a $75 gift card and a $25 gift card to the school.
Honorable Mention Awards
• Two Honorable Mention awards, one for 11 years old & younger and one for 12 years old & older.
• Each Honorable Mention will receive a $50 gift card and a $25 gift card to the school.
The first place winner will be entered in the National Radon Poster Contest, sponsored by the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors and the American Lung Association.
