We will be celebrating National Radon Action Month (NRAM) in January and will have some classes in coordination with Kansas State University (KSU) coming soon as well. The last couple of years we have received overwhelming interest in the free test kit program during NRAM so we have scaled back our advertising somewhat just so we can keep up with requests.
We also will have courses with CEU credit for various professions that commonly work with radon such as health care professionals, realtors, facility management, and contractors. While we do not have exact dates for these trainings yet, I will share those dates and locations to promote when they are solidified. We normally offer these courses free of charge which have been pretty popular since we offer CEU credit and we would like to get the word out to as many professionals as we can. The KSU team has a wealth of technical knowledge and always does a great job of making classes engaging and worthwhile.
