The University of Nevada, Reno Extension Radon Education Program participated in a Lung Cancer Awareness event to provide outreach to the community about radon and lung cancer.
The event was held at Renown Regional Medical Center on November 16, 2023. The Program had a booth at the event where individuals could:
- Learn about the dangers of radon
- Discover how to test a home for radon
- Get access to valuable resources and information
