Indiana Department of Health Reminds about Lung Cancer Awareness Month in Facebook Post
The Indiana Department of Health has posted on Facebook a message reminding everyone that November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month. The message explains prolonged exposure to high levels of radon can be a cause of lung cancer. Without detection by testing, the post notes persons can be at risk without ever knowing. To further educate, the post links to CDC’s information on radon.
