In the state of West Virginia, the Governor has made a declaration that the month of January is Radon Action Month. We have multiple social media posts on our own social media being shared about radon and the risks associated. We have also put up billboards in higher risk areas throughout the state and are offering free home radon test kits to West Virginia residents who would like to test their homes. We are having great success and have already received more than 1,000 requests for test kits since January 1. Additionally, there have been multiple news articles both print and online as well as a television interview by our Office Director.
