Radon in Real Estate in North Carolina: Virtual Training Opportunity
The Radon Program of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services provides educational opportunities for real estate professionals as part of its mission of outreach and education. A virtual program will be presented for realtors March 12, 2026 and is accredited for continuing education credits.
This course focuses on educating brokers about radon. Health risks, and testing and mitigation methods will be discussed. The course is intended to educate real estate professionals so that they may inform their clients about radon and its importance in real estate transactions.
The class will be presented by Phillip Gibson, NC Radon Program Coordinator, North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
