In its report titled "Overview of EPA’s State and Tribal Indoor Radon Grants Program: A Focus on Activities Conducted During Fiscal Year 2025," the EPA State Indoor Radon Grant Program notes successes in addressing radon in home and residential real estate transactions.
EPA noted in its report that the Utah Radon Program assisted the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation with testing more than 60 tribal homes and mitigating homes with elevated radon levels.
