Bad River Tribe Medical Education and Outreach
In its report titled "Overview of EPA’s State and Tribal Indoor Radon Grants Program: A Focus on Activities Conducted During Fiscal Year 2025," the EPA State Indoor Radon Grant Program notes successes in Education and Outreach to the Medical Community.
EPA noted in its report that the Bad River Tribe developed flyers to inform medical providers and nurses about the risk of radon and best practices for addressing the public health concern with patients and tribal residents.
