The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has partnered with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA), the largest public lender, to require that all homes with MHFA funding have radon tests conducted at the beginning and end of each project. If radon levels are above 4 pCi/L a mitigation system is required to be installed.
