Senator George Maziarz (R-C, Newfane) took the opportunity today to remind his constituents that January is recognized as Radon Action Month in New York State and across the nation. The counties in Senator Maziarz’ district—Niagara, Orleans, and Monroe—have not been designated as “High Radon Area Counties,” but the threat of radon in our region is by no means nonexistent.
