A letter was mailed out to 154 citizens reminding them that it was time to re-test their home for radon.The letters were sent to citizens who had purchased radon test kits from the Lauderdale Coutny Extension Office in January 2008. Citizens were reminded in the letter that EPA recommends testing your home for radon exposure every two years. Citizens were reminded that the radon test kits can still be purchased at The Lauderdale County Extension Office for the same price of $5.00 each.
