Extension District Director , Clarene Teague Johnson conducted a radon awareness program to the Huntsville Madison County Alabama A& M University Alumni Association. Members were educated about radon and its health risks in Madison County which has the second highest level of radon in the 15 Zone I counties in Alabama. Encouraged everyone present to purchase a radon test kit at The Madison County Extension Office and test their homes for radon.
