Free radon test kits are available to Bergen County Homeowners.
Test kits were distributed by the Bergen County Department of Health Services in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection( NJDEP) with funding provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency State Indoor Radon Grant. Free test kit distribution is part of NJDEP's Radon Awareness Program (RAP) whicih provides for the reimbursement of up to $1000 for the purchase of test kits.
